I didn't have faith in this brand or this specific device, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I was looking for an economical phone with which I could perform in all sections in a decent and functional way (for the price you cannot demand a high-end one) I had several options to consider from more recognized brands (Samsung A15 5G, Moto G84, Redmi Note 13...) I took on the task of looking for them all, comparing them, watching comparison videos and of course, seeing them in person. I decided to buy the Moto G84 but they were out of stock (I had to wait a month), and my only available option was this note 40. I was in for a big surprise since it comes with so many accessories, how beautiful the device is, the part From the back it doesn't leave a single fingerprint and it doesn't slip and it feels spectacular in the hand, the only thing that feels delicate are the edges since they are made of shiny plastic, and could get scratched, the volume and power buttons are not protruding at all They are almost flush with the side, the volume button is very sober, it does not move, and it has a very good click although it is difficult to find it sometimes since it really does not protrude almost at all, and the power button is basically the same, but this one does move something minimal. The camera module is large, but it doesn't feel as exaggerated and ugly as the Poco M3, and it really gives the device a distinctive feature (only negative, you will cover it with fingerprints) The fingerprint reader is on the screen (I'm not a fan) I It seems to work very well. The screen is beautiful, very beautiful, I was able to compare it with the Samsung a15 and the truth is that I love this one much more, it is very fluid, the 120Hz works great, and at any angle with or without sun, very good. Operating system more optimized than I imagined (I'm from pure Android and it seems meh to me) very fluid, without strange bugs, but without much customization. The power is enough, it won't leave you on the street, very good with games (no lags, no drop in fps, medium/high graphics) anything negative, does it feel a little "slow" writing very long texts? Spectacular charge/battery

    What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

    • Design and screen
    • Hardware and performance
    • Camera
    • Connectivity
    • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

    Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
