(I'm a Filipino so my overall rating is high because having a good phone like this is a blessing!) (Also, I'm confused how the Poco F4 performs better than it's GT counterpart...)

Edit: My comment and rating here is for the Poco F4 5G 8/256, not the 6/128 version...

    Pros
    • Fast Charging
    • Gaming Phone
    • Most games can now be played with ease

  • Awesome upgrade

Previously using Poco X3 NFC and that phone was good especially the battery life. F4 is another mile. I can play Mobile Legends in Ultra FR/Graphics smoothly on 120Hz although there's a bit of sacrifice on the battery life. Phone is very responsive, the speakers are loud, the haptics is satisfying. Dolby vision and atmos are a treat especially when watching supported content and the display is excellent and can read well under sunlight (1300 nits on Auto). The phone is fast on Wifi and 5G. The camera is good although there's a lot to be desired in nighttime photos (I use Gcam as a sub). Overall, a veri nice phone.

A very solid phone but when it fails it does so in a big way.

In general, it has given me a good experience, the screen looks good, the speakers sound good, the sensation when touching it is soft and I like it, the size seemed right to me, the processor is powerful and moves everything, in general, I liked it most things about the Poco F4 but 3 things to say about certain sections of it. 1.-MIUI: The system did not present any bugs but instead I came across a terrible optimization of resources by MIUI between applications that restart when exited, slowdowns when doing certain things and games that do not have the performance that should. 2.- Battery: I don't feel it is AS limited as they say in some places, in fact, more than limited I feel that it is "enough." You can use it to view social networks and browse the internet and you will easily catch up, but the moment you start pushing it with games or demanding things, the battery will fly away. 3.- Fingerprint reader: My only real problem with this phone. The fingerprint reader is not reliable, it detects something when it wants and the slightest "moisture" on the finger stops it from recognizing it. I'm constantly wiping the power button or my finger so I can read it and that makes it slower than just putting the pattern on the screen.

    Neither good nor bad.

For the price $3900 MXN it is the best option, the specifications are very good and I don't think I can find anything better for that price, the only bad thing I find about it like all Xiaomi is MIUI and a bit the cameras.

What is a Ki score?
Ki is an automatic score based on the specifications and prices of devices. It is calculated using over 200 variables to rank smartphones, tablets and other devices from best to worst.
How do we calculate the Ki?

In this case, to determine the score we evaluate 5 general aspects:

  • Design and screen
  • Hardware and performance
  • Camera
  • Connectivity
  • Battery

Once these 5 factors have been rated, we introduce the price variable. This means that any two devices with the same ratings get a different Ki score for quality vs price.

Even a device objectively worse than another may have a higher Ki score if it has a better price.

Does the Ki score change?

The Ki varies as time goes by. As new devices with better specifications enter the market the Ki score of older devices will go down, always being compensated of their decrease in price.
